How it works

Begin by selecting the Source Language (the language the document is originally in) and the Target Language (the language you wish to have your document translated into).
In the Field for Translation category select the area to which your document pertains (e.g. legal, medical, IT, etc.) so that a translator with such a specialty is assigned to your translation.
If you wish to have your document certified, please tick the Certified Translation box. Please specify which country the certification must be valid for.

Select if you wish to upload your documents or write/paste the text directly into the text box.
To upload documents simply click in the upload bar and select which document to upload.  We accept MS Word, doc, docx, PDF, TIF and JPEG files. If the PDF, TIF, or JPEG files are scanned documents it is not possible to calculate a word count and the price will therefore be based on the number of pages.
Once you proceed you will be informed of the estimated delivery time and the price of the translation.

Enter your contact details.
Provide us with your name and the email address at which you would like to receive the translated document. If no invoice is needed further contact details are not required.
Please remember to tick that you have read our terms and conditions.

Fill in your payment details for PayPal.
This information is sent to PayPal only and we do not have access to this information. When your payment has been completed the order will be processed. You will receive an email with your order number and the invoice.

We can translate up to three A4 pages or 800 words for you within 24 hours.
The translated documents will be sent to the email address provided in Step 3.
