The terminology used must be easy to understand for the intended user, and the manual structured so that it is easy to use even for those with no knowledge of the subject field.
Cost-efficient solutions
We use translation tools, so-called translation memories, to provide cost-efficient translations. The advantage of this is that the terminology and language usage remains consistent. There are, however, risks associated with using them, as translations are not seen as parts of a wider context but only at sentence level. We are acutely aware of this and are working on this issue.
